To set up, attach the hardware to the bottom base layer so the spindle is sticking staight out of the top center (the top base will not need any hardware attached). Then simply flll each base with water or sand for added stability. After filling, stack the non-hardware base on top of the other base, making sure they fit snuggly on each other. Then grab your Balloon Cluster and slide the hollow pole over the base’s center spindle. For added convenience, each Weighted Base layer features a handle for easy transport and repositioning as needed and the spindle is easily removable for storage.
