If filled with helium, would they float?
Thanks for your interest in our Reusable Balloons! Our vinyl balloons work best by filling them with regular air (with an air compressor) – no helium required. Due to the weight of the durable vinyl material, helium does not work the same way as it does with lightweight, thinner latex balloons. What is needed to inflate this balloon?
Thanks for your interest in our Reusable Outdoor Vinyl Balloons! For all of our Vinyl Balloons, we use the same type of inflation method. There is a small plug in the balloon that you simply remove and then inflate with air. Overall it’s a very easy process that takes less than a minute. We offer an Air Compressor with a smaller, pointed nozzle that fits perfectly with the opening in our reusable balloons (Item #COMPRESSOR - https://www.discountballoons.com/rcompressor.html). Not only is it easy to inflate the balloons, they’ll stay inflated for ages without any extra attention and because no helium is required it’s a great affordable alternative to latex balloons. Are these balloons latex free
Hi Mary, thanks for your question. All of our Reusable Balloons are made entirely of a durable vinyl material – no latex. And all of the Balloon Clusters, Pick Your Color Clusters and Single Pole Balloon options you see are compatible with these vinyl balloons. There are a couple of items under the Accessories section that include latex balloons, but on those items the word ‘latex’ will be clearly called out in the product name and details. Does it come with the sticks to hold the balloon?

Do you think these balloons would be good for the elderly tossing around? (Ballon volleyball) Several I tried pop easy if I blow them up enough not to have a weighted side.
Thank you for your question, unfortunately, these balloons are purely decorative and are not intended to be used as a ball. The balloons include a connector that pokes out of the balloons, which could cause some harm if not handled properly.
